Do you remember the infamous words of the former gov. of AK (before she quit on the job) Well, just a few days after those words spewed across international television the greatest catastrophe that ever hit the Gulf of Mexico occurred leaving the Bluefin tuna no where to Spawn and many other species dead or still dying. Cholesterol Control
Stop ingesting any vegtable oil or margarine and switch to Ex. Virgin Olive oil instead, Niacin, Polycosonal, Garlic, Unbuttered (you can use ex-virgin olive oil in place of butter) and it must be [air popped only] pop corn
